For example: Information shared for payment processing via Stripe is limited and encrypted. For cloud hosting, we follow GDPR rules to protect sensitive data. Information shared for Google Analytics has IP anonymization enabled. We comply with the Dutch AP and GDPR guidelines for data minimization and security.

4. Cookies & Tracking

The following are the cookies we use and how we handle data collected:

  • Essential cookies are required for login information and do not require consent, as they are required for login and payment functions.
  • Analytics cookies require consent for tracking usage patterns for a better experience. 
  • Marketing cookies are stored with explicit consent; you can easily opt in and opt out.
  • You can adjust Manage Preferences using the browser controls in the top search bar.

5. Data Security & Retention

Our website has advanced security measures like SSL encryption, firewalls, and regular audits for data protection and preventing attacks on sensitive information.

Data of inactive users is stored for a selected period, aligning with legal requirements, and is deleted after that period. 

Active users’ data is stored until they delete their account.

  • Uitvoeringswet AVG: Dutch implementation of GDPR (e.g., stricter rules for child data).
